Meet Our President

Spencer's background includes over twenty-two years in the financial planning industry.  His specialties include executive retirement and carve-out plans, individual financial planning and insurance, exit strategies, voluntary programs, employee benefits, as well as setting up catastrophic protection policies (life, disability, long term care insurance) for business owners, individuals, key employees, and the self-employed. 

In addition to his financial planning experience, Spencer led an advertising business in North Carolina and spent two years as a financial analyst.  As a financial analyst his responsibilities ranged from creating annual budgets and interpreting financial statements to designing acquisition strategies and supporting new project initiatives for a $50 million company.  

Spencer holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University as well as a BA in History (Journalism minor) from the University of Georgia. Also, he served on the Sandy Springs Business Association Board of Directors, Leadership Sandy Springs Executive Committee, and as President and Social Chairman of his Homeowner's Association.
