EnerG ²

Refrigeration Controls

The EnerG² system substantially minimizes energy consumption and compressor usage in walk-in coolers and freezers. It achieves this by utilizing a specialized gel compound that simulates the temperature of food products instead of relying on air temperature measurements (which tend to fluctuate). 

By retrofitting to the existing thermostat, the EnerG² system requires no additional maintenance.

IntelliHVAC

HVAC Efficiency 

IntelliPTAC improves the efficiency of PTACs (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners) & PTHPs (Packaged Terminal Heat Pumps).  PTACs & PTHPs are self-contained HVAC units typically found in hotels, motels, apartments, condos, schools, medical facilities and offices.  

IntelliPTAC recovers and delivers more heating and cooling energy to the conditioned room than is possible with original PTAC/PTHP unit (ie - the unit runs less, saves energy, and reduces maintenance costs from lower usage).

IntelliHVAC is a state-of-the-art technology easily retrofitted to most central air HVAC systems. Utilizing dual microprocessors, it features variable post-purge fan control and compressor cycle functions that work in tandem to create an exceptionally efficient operational HVAC system.

This innovative technology works equally well in both heating and cooling modes and has been proven to deliver energy savings of between 10 and 40%.
