Solutions

Our partnership with Madison Energy Group has saved businesses huge $ in energy costs as well as helping them meet their ESG requirements.

Madison Energy Group, one of the top Energy Engineering Control Companies on the East Coast, has saved businesses $ millions in annualized costs throughout the country via their patented energy saving technologies.  Their products have been proven to reduce energy usage (typically @ 30%), prolong equipment (HVAC, Freezers, etc..) and easily retrofit with existing equipment.   For example, their HVAC products make the current system extremely efficient (cycle compressor, capture latent cooling, optimize fan, etc...).  ..).   For Refrigeration, they have a patented “gel-thermometer” that mimics food temperature (vs the normal thermometer that tracks air temperature) which causes the fan to run only as needed (certainly can help with food audits as well).

Compared to Energy Box, Madison's different.  They focus on what they do best (yes, they can do other energy-related things as they've grown but concentrate on maximizing on-going savings and service for their clients via their patented products).

==============================

We have loads of examples documenting the annualized energy savings for a multitude of QSRs (Wendy’s, Taco Bell, McDonalds, BoJangles, etc…..).    Madison just did all of the Cracker Barrels as well (starting with 4 locations (proof of concept), then 10 more, and then the rest).

The results speak for themselves:  fast ROI (usually within 12-24 months), large energy reduction, lower equipment maintenance, and cash-flow friendly financing options (ie - most of our clients opt to finance - no money down and, in most cases, the savings are > than the cost).  For instance, there's a BoJangles franchise group that's saving $252K per year (with a 12 month ROI) from integrating just a couple of the patented products with their HVAC & Freezers.

Also, Madison's adapted their project analysis to include the ESG implication.  As you'll see in the hotel project below, it includes the ESG impact (please note:  this project is much, much larger (it's a hotel) than one of your Wendy's location as it includes the rooftop units as well as all of the in-room PTAC units (QSRs typically have 1-2 rooftop units and 1-2 walk-in freezers/coolers).   You'll also see the fast ROI (10.8 months), $76K energy incentive rebate (check that you'd receive for energy saving initiatives - it's 40% in GA),  and the depreciation write-off ($102K) - not to mention the annual $117K in energy savings they'll enjoy).

Reduce Energy Costs 30%

We've partnered with an innovative technology company (Shift) that's developed a "Roku-Like" device that allows for immediate information dissemination (just plug it into an hdmi port).   It's been especially well-received with QSRs / Restaurants, Hospitality, and Franchise groups.

How Could It Benefit You?

1.   Immediate Employee Notification (even on location):   Instructions, Company and Legal Notices, Employee Recognition, Product and Sales Pushes (with incentives)

2.   Low-Cost / High-ROI

3.   Information Centrally Controlled & Disseminated On-Demand

Improved Employee Communication for Increased Productivity, Performance, and Retention
